Hello Everybody! How did you all celebrate your Mothers Day? I am constantly reminded of what a wonderful Mom we are blessed with, and I love to have a day that we can set aside to honor her. She deserves more than one!
Mom is a hard worker, so I think what was most difficult for her yesterday, was trying not to work, because we asked her not to! She is a great example of the Proverbs 31 woman and I know there isn't (nor will there ever be) anyone who could do a better job than she does. Isn't it amazing how God knows exactly what kind of family we need? I would post more about Mom, but I think I'll go into more detail around her birthday, (September 22) so you'll have to wait until then! ;)
Mykaela, Keturah, and I went outside to bring the egg basket out to the barn, and I quickly ran back in to snap "a few" shots of our beautiful banks rose. It's actually not very large at this point, but when you take snapshots up close, it looks full and the flowers look brilliant! (not that they aren't, it's just easier to notice through a picture) Don't you just love photography! The more pictures I take of nature, the more I appreciate, and learn to notice God's amazing creation! Kayla had some fun and took a couple pictures of Turah and I, then I took a picture of them. I think it's easy to tell that we're sisters! :)
Mom received some "Mother's Day Flowers" from Dad, and some from Grandma. Today I had fun taking pictures of them. The flowers are just beautiful! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to do the roses justice. The rich red somehow did not come out through the camera. (Probably the lighting) and of course, nothing could "picture" the beautiful smell! By-the-way, There is a wide space between the picture below and another. Not sure why that happened but I can't seem to fix it... (???)
Anyways, I hope you enjoy these photo's!

I hope you all have excellent week! Strive to work hard and serve others. We need to be a servant just like the true servant!
God Bless,
